Development & Training Manager with Russian

Overview of tasks:

• Supervising the work of trainers
• Conduct professional development sessions
• Development of training strategies
• Thermal data collection and reporting
• Training program management: planning, design, development, implementation, delivery and evaluation
• Development, coordination and implementation of on-boarding

Our Client is looking for:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in conducting and delivering training
• Experience of working in the same or a similar position
• High communication skills in Russian (C1/ C2 or native)
• Knowledge of English at B2 level
