Quality Manager with Russian

Overview of tasks:

• Managing a team of Quality Analysts
• Implementing actions to improve the quality of support provided to customers
• Perform information and contact function between Quality Analysts and Business Partner
• Monitoring of quality performance and progress
• Implementing and directing the quality process and structure
• Monthly and quarterly quality reporting

Our Client is looking for:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in quality managment
• Experience of working in the same or a similar position
• High communication skills in Russian (C1/ C2 or native)
• Knowledge of English at B2 level
• Affinity with online media and social networks
