Requirements:

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English (C1)
  • High proficiency in French (min. B2)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A logical thinker with attention to detail and the ability to problem solve

Key responsibilities:

  • Answer all customer enquiries professionally
  • Make sure accurate fares and times are quoted that best meet customer needs
  • Maintain company's customer service standards at all times and present a professional and favorable image of company
  • Maximize direct sales on an individual and team basis 
  • Provide administrative support, completing paperwork accurately
  • Identify and exploit new direct revenue opportunities
  • Handle refunds within corporate guidelines
  • Contribute towards audit compliance by adhering to all internal audit requirements
  • Support and promote tactical campaigns & third party campaigns, created by marketing
  • Ensure smooth communication and cooperation within the team
