Requirements:
- Proficiency in written and spoken English (C1)
- High proficiency in French (min. B2)
- Excellent communication skills

Key responsibilities:
- Answer all customer enquiries professionally
- Make sure accurate fares and times are quoted that best meet customer needs
- Maintain company's customer service standards at all times and present a professional and favorable image of company
- Maximize direct sales on an individual and team basis
- Provide administrative support, completing paperwork accurately
- Identify and exploit new direct revenue opportunities
- Handle refunds within corporate guidelines
- Contribute towards audit compliance by adhering to all internal audit requirements
- Support and promote tactical campaigns & third party campaigns, created by marketing
- Ensure smooth communication and cooperation within the team
