IT Software Support Engineer

Duties:

• Ensuring and maintaining the proper functioning of technical systems and applications
• Providing remote technical support for our Client’s customers at the highest level (2 line support)
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Deploying software solutions remotely
• Testing new software releases

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the deployment, maintenance, usage and troubleshooting of systems (Microsoft Azure, SQL Server or Oracle)
• Previous experience in a similar position
• Very good English (daily cooperation with different locations, mainly in Europe and US)
