E-commerce Specialist

As E-commerce Specialist you will be responsible for:

• providing online product portfolio and ecommerce promotion plan excellence
• providing and implementing best content strategy
• sales supporting actions management
• onsite product merchandising / visibility management
• A/B testing and Customer Journey
• cooperation with external and internal stakeholders: eCommerce agency, performance agency, iBrochure supplier and other departments at AVON
• conversation optimization,
• traffic generation to Avon.pl and iBrochure
• co-creating Avon digital strategy
• adapting and recommending marketing technology tools
• Digital activation of customers and consultants

We expect you to have:

• higher education degree, preferably in a marketing related studies
• at least 2 years of online experience
• experience in setting up the goals, design, implementation and results tracking of web developments
• experience in promocodes and vouchers management
• excellent skills in content development for ecommerce channels
• solid experience in onsite product merchandising / visibility management
• basic knowledge of web technologies
• ability to read and interpret online statistics to optimize conversion
• project Management experience
• good knowledge of e-marketing tools: Social Media, SEM, affiliate programs, email marketing, marketing automation, retargeting, display (CPA, CPL, RTB)
• ability to adapt and pick up new techniques and technology
• time management and deadlines keeping;
• paying attention to details and overall architecture
• ability to adapt and pick up new techniques and technology
• fluent English (written and spoken)
