Recruitment Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Leading and supporting managers in full life-cycle recruitment
- Managing the recruitment process and applicant flow in our Application Tracking System
- Updating recruitment database
- Handling quality and timely job-board postings
- Assisting managers in communication with candidates
- Providing support in communication with external vendors (agencies)
- Participating in weekly update meetings with managers and external vendors
- Leading training for entire entity including budget preparations, monitoring of execution with reporting
- Supporting Recruitment BPs with Trainings Administration
- Collaborating with HR colleagues and managers on HR related projects
- Taking part in EB/EE events, marketing campaigns, job fairs, meet-ups and similar initiatives
- Taking part in development of internal tools and finding new solutions to aim at improvement of recruitment process

Your qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- One or more years Human Resources experience
- Basic knowledge of talent acquisition processes including sourcing and selection of a broad, diverse population of applicants
- Fluent Polish and English language (C1 level)
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems
- Knowledge of SAP Success Factor would be an asset
