Recruitment Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and supporting managers in full life-cycle recruitment
  • Managing the recruitment process and applicant flow in our Application Tracking System
  • Updating recruitment database
  • Handling quality and timely job-board postings
  • Assisting managers in communication with candidates
  • Providing support in communication with external vendors (agencies)
  • Participating in weekly update meetings with managers and external vendors
  • Leading training for entire entity including budget preparations, monitoring of execution with reporting
  • Supporting Recruitment BPs with Trainings Administration
  • Collaborating with HR colleagues and managers on HR related projects
  • Taking part in EB/EE events, marketing campaigns, job fairs, meet-ups and similar initiatives
  • Taking part in development of internal tools and finding new solutions to aim at improvement of recruitment process

Your qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • One or more years Human Resources experience
  • Basic knowledge of talent acquisition processes including sourcing and selection of a broad, diverse population of applicants
  • Fluent Polish and English language (C1 level)
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Intermediate computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems
  • Knowledge of SAP Success Factor would be an asset
