Administration Assistant

 

Job purpose:

As an Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for providing employee experience through high quality administrative support in line with company values and politics.

 

Your challenges:

  • Delivering high quality administration support for the management team in Poland,
  • Arranging travels, accommodation, and meeting places for board members and other employees,
  • Assisting in the business travel accounting,
  • Controlling costs of courier services (Excel),
  • Administrating corporate credit cards,
  • Making sure that that vendors and partners invoices payments are on time,
  • Closely cooperating with Spanish Assistants Team,
  • Supporting Administration Team with daily basis and events.

 

Your skills & experience:

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office,
  • Good command of English language,
  • Good command of the Spanish language will be an asset,
  • High personal culture,
  • Administration skills, attention to detail,
  • Communications skills and multitasking abilities,
  • Experience in a similar position is an asset.
