Administration Assistant
Job purpose:
As an Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for providing employee experience through high quality administrative support in line with company values and politics.
Your challenges:
- Delivering high quality administration support for the management team in Poland,
- Arranging travels, accommodation, and meeting places for board members and other employees,
- Assisting in the business travel accounting,
- Controlling costs of courier services (Excel),
- Administrating corporate credit cards,
- Making sure that that vendors and partners invoices payments are on time,
- Closely cooperating with Spanish Assistants Team,
- Supporting Administration Team with daily basis and events.
Your skills & experience:
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office,
- Good command of English language,
- Good command of the Spanish language will be an asset,
- High personal culture,
- Administration skills, attention to detail,
- Communications skills and multitasking abilities,
- Experience in a similar position is an asset.
