Process Engineering Supervisor

Process Engineering Supervisor is responsible for defining and coordinating of all activities related to production process effectiveness and production optimization methods. He/She creates, plan and optimize resources and budget in order to achieve targets in terms of efficiency, productivity and cost. 

What will your responsibilities include:

• Prepare reports, budget and required documentation for acquisition, utilization of new/already installed equipment 
• Drive mapping of the existing processes in terms of efficiency and effectiveness to improve business continuity, productivity and flexibility
• Analyze technical capacity and suggest continuous improvement actions in current systems, procedures and operating techniques
• Supervise studies on workplaces optimization, identify synergies at site level minimizing environmental impacts
• Monitor efficiency and propose improvement plans for productivity optimization
• Ensure standard process implementation and execution according to Safety and Lean Manufacturing Standards
• Lead Problem Solving strategies and ensure continuous improvement process 
• Build good team-working environment and take care of effective communication

Our requirements:

• Degree in Technical Education (Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar) 
• Experience on a similar position in production engineering or Senior Engineer role in leading team of engineers
• Knowledge of production optimization methodology
• Acquaintance with production optimization technologies and WCM methodology is a great asset 
• Experience with new products implementation 
• Change management skills
• Project management skills
• Advanced English
