Senior PMO Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop necessary analysis and documentation for the project, technical and business requirement specifications
- Translation of business needs into process improvement solutions
- Reporting of KPI’s and producing relevant documentation
- Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders and senior decision makers
- Conduct program/process analysis and develop process maps and data flow diagrams as needed
- Preparation of monthly Steering Committee Reporting Deck
- Actively participate in the preparation of special reports and other ad-hoc reporting projects
- Stream Lead for Audit Readiness
- Monitor status and conduct regular meetings, including preparation and follow-up activities
- Support the financial planning and budgeting process
- Manage cross-functional collaboration and ad-hoc requests from Program & Senior Management
- Manage issues and risks on projects with timely escalations and responsibility for suggestions for issues resolution

Essentials Skills and Qualifications:
- Project management experience (2-4 years)
- Good communication skills (Fluency in English)
- Story telling, Simplifying
- MS Office (especially PPT) expert
- Critical & Analytical Thinking
- Familiarity with IT environment
