Senior PMO Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop necessary analysis and documentation for the project, technical and business requirement specifications
  • Translation of business needs into process improvement solutions
  • Reporting of KPI’s and producing relevant documentation
  • Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders and senior decision makers
  • Conduct program/process analysis and develop process maps and data flow diagrams as needed
  • Preparation of monthly Steering Committee Reporting Deck 
  • Actively participate in the preparation of special reports and other ad-hoc reporting projects
  • Stream Lead for Audit Readiness
  • Monitor status and conduct regular meetings, including preparation and follow-up activities
  • Support the financial planning and budgeting process
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration and ad-hoc requests from Program & Senior Management
  • Manage issues and risks on projects with timely escalations and responsibility for suggestions for issues resolution

Essentials Skills and Qualifications:

  • Project management experience (2-4 years)
  • Good communication skills (Fluency in English)
  • Story telling, Simplifying
  • MS Office (especially PPT) expert
  • Critical & Analytical Thinking
  • Familiarity with IT environment
