IT Infrastructure Analyst

Duties:

•    User Support: manage user request both for day to day issues, user training, new implementation, working with all TEIS team & our partners. Provide local support for Site users and remote support for any other site in EMEA as needed

•    IT Policies & Compliance: respect and apply IT policies within the areas of IT Security, IT Changes, IT Operation Management, Disaster Recovery
•    Provide IT support for Financial Shared Service Center and all onsite infrastructure related items & (PCs, printers, network) and software (Microsoft applications, Cloud)
•    Responsible for Virus protection, data backup, documentations, license management, reporting, compliancy
•    Assist with server installation and administration in cooperation with business partner
•    Assist with network (LAN) installation (Router, Firewalls, Aruba WiFi etc.)
•    Domain administration (Active Directory, Group-Policy, User & Group permission administration)
•    Intranet and SharePoint administration and maintenance
•    Various migrations / upgrades within TE locations (PC, LAN, WAN, Servers, Printers, Smartphones,VOIP)

Requirements:

•    2-4 years of relevant experience
•    Windows & Microsoft based systems knowledge
•    Active Directory and excellent communication skills
•    Capability to interact with customers with problem analysis
•    Capability to interact with global teams & external partners
•    Project management skills as a strong asset, Good English communications skills
