We are currently building in Poland a dedicated team which will focus on Microsoft technologies and will become part of the global Microsoft centric organization. We are looking for high-energy, committed and ambitious people to join our Microsoft practice. Next to designing and implementing full portfolio of Dynamics solutions, our Consulting professionals advise on process optimization and automation by applying the newest technologies (e.g. chatbots, machine learning, and robotics), the latest sales organization or finance operating models, as well as service design principles to drive improvements.

Who are we looking for:

  • the ideal candidate comes from a professional services / consulting background with a leading Dynamics implementation partner or has extensive experience managing and overseeing large Dynamics (CRM prducts as well as ERP products) deployments in leading organizations,
  • at least 8 or more years of practical experience in building and managing effective functional and technical Dynamics solution delivery teams,
  • full lifecycle Dynamics deployment experience at a senior level with a broad scope of knowledge across multiple functional modules and technical aspects of the implementation (integration and conversion),
  • demonstrable leadership skills and proven experience in developing a creative, collaborative and efficient work environment,
  • experience building and managing a high-performing mix of domestic and international teams in both office-based and remote ways of working,
  • proven networking, business development, relationship-building, negotiation and influencing skills in relation to Dynamics pre-sales, design, delivery and deployment aspects,
  • ability to effectively attract, recruit, motivate, coach, train and transfer knowledge working with top talent,
  • business acumen and a drive to lead and grow a highly profitable business,
  • currently or previously Dynamics and / or Catalyst certified,
  • travel may be required after pandemic lock-down (up to 80%)

  • establish the local Dynamics practice, a highly skilled competency team, in one of the largest consulting companies in the world,
  • provide leadership, guidance and support to all team members in order to provide meaningful careers to our people,
  • build and maintain a highly collaborative internal and external network focused on selling and delivering Dynamics projects,
  • developing close relationships with existing and new customers to ensure the highest levels of quality and satisfaction, 
  • develop a business strategy and ensure that annual plans are implemented and clearly defined results achieved,
  • drive adoption and use of global methods and tools while always seeking innovation and improvement,
  • support managers and staff to proactively resolve challenges and respond to trends that may impact outcomes or quality,
  • organize, coach, mentor and manage a team of experienced and junior Dynamics professionals,
  • participate and provide advice, guidance and help with the delivery of Dynamics projects locally, regionally or globally,
  • establish and maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders, internal and external to the group, including setting up and managing closely the relationship with Dynamics.
