Financial Specialist

Job Summary:

  • We are looking for an organized, diligent and detail oriented person with good excel, analytical and communication skills and ability to work efficiently in the dynamic multinational environment;
  • The role would include strong cooperation with the Finance teams within CBRE and Client’s organization;
  • Accounting and Real Estate background would be an advantage.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Working within Portfolio Services team the person will be responsible for:
  • Provide support related to the Client’s real estate finance, ensuring it’s accuracy;
  • Handling billing process, creating invoices;
  • Review of Client’s Rent & OPEX schedule with co-operation of Client’s finance team;
  • Obtaining Banking details information from the landlords;
  • Co-operation with vendor management team on supplier setup and changes;
  • Creating Repeat Pay Requisition for rent and OPEX expenses based on agreed schedules;
  • Perform monthly reporting and ensure accuracy of the monthly reports;
  • Providing solutions, improvements, best practices, seeking optimization of the processes;
  • Perform additional job duties as requested.

Perfect candidate profile:

  • Relevant University degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance;
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must, knowledge of another foreign languages is an advantage;
  • Analytical approach to day to day tasks, good planning skills;
  • Client oriented attitude;
  • Ability to remain focused in a rapidly changing environment when stakeholders have competing goals;
  • Able to prioritize and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met; delivering a high quality service;
  • Previous professional experience in accounting/ finance would be an asset;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
