Transport Administrator
Tasks:
- Ensuring efficient administration in the transport department,
- Efficient circulation of transport and financial documentation, entering, archiving and managing transport invoices, timely dispatch of transport invoices and shipment documentation,
- Creation, control and supervision of documentation related to the organization of transport,
- Creation of reports in accordance with the needs of management and the client,
- Support for computer systems in the field of activities related to the organization of transport,
- Issue of order numbers according to the order in the financial system,
- Providing excellent customer services,
- Performing additional duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Similar position experience (minimum 2 years),
- Very good level of English,
- Transport administration experience, knowledge of issues related to the organization of transport,
- Very good MS Office knowledge,
- Fully compliant with required legislation,
- EU geographical knowledge,
- Problem solving attitude,
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
