Transport Administrator

Tasks:

  • Ensuring efficient administration in the transport department,
  • Efficient circulation of transport and financial documentation, entering, archiving and managing transport invoices, timely dispatch of transport invoices and shipment documentation,
  • Creation, control and supervision of documentation related to the organization of transport,
  • Creation of reports in accordance with the needs of management and the client,
  • Support for computer systems in the field of activities related to the organization of transport,
  • Issue of order numbers according to the order in the financial system,
  • Providing excellent customer services,
  • Performing additional duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Similar position experience (minimum 2 years),
  • Very good level of English,
  • Transport administration experience, knowledge of issues related to the organization of transport,                                 
  • Very good MS Office knowledge,                                  
  • Fully compliant with required legislation,
  • EU geographical knowledge,                                                                                      
  • Problem solving attitude,                                 
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
