Banking Platform Support Coordinator

For our client, from the sector of banking and investment services, we are currently looking for candidates to work on the position of Banking Platform Support Coordinator.

Main duties:

  • Lead and take accountability for clients events and actions on the platform
  • Build trusted partnerships to retain clients
  • Identify opportunities to grow the business, develop strategies and synthesise information to deliver solutions
  • Develop client specific strategies to enable the identification of potential opportunities

Requirements:

  • min. 2-3 years of experience in client facing role
  • experience in finance / banking area would be a plus
  • analytical skills
  • ease in system/platform work
  • very good Excel skills
  • fluent English (min. C1) for daily work.
