Wire Harness Senior Engineer

Our team is currently seeking qualified individuals for Wire Harness Engineer positions in Wroclaw, Poland and Rio Claro, Brazil  in our Control Systems Department for Electronics and Electrical Systems Organization. This qualified individual will be directly engaged with the wiring solutions that are responsible for the success of top products reaching consumers for the years to come. This position has a unique opportunity to work cross-category and learn first hand what is involved in the design,  development, and launch of products used every day to improve people’s lives globally. 

What you will need to Succeed:

• Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical /Automotive)
• 8+ years of engineering or technical experience managing projects for product development along with usage of design tools such as DFMEA /DFA /DFS and DVP&R attributes.
• 4+ years of experience in CAD 2D/3D (must have) (e.g. Creo, Catia, Solid Edge)
• Working knowledge of electrical principles and wiring harness fundamentals
• Willingness to learn CREO schematic, CREO cabling and Windchill as PLM tool.
• Advanced English, oral and written
• Ability to travel (~10%) (build support at plants, prototypes, etc)
• Ability to travel internationally
