Customer service specialist with German/French

your tasks

  • providing a premium brand experience and service to eCommerce customers
  • assisting customers with purchasing products, order enquiries and after sales enquiries via phone, chat and e-mail
  • participating in product promotion campaigns
  • communicating key consumer feedback to Team Leaders within the Customer Experience Team

what we expect

  • advanced English + German/French skills (B2 level or above)
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • customer service experience (retail, shared services background preferred)
  • good knowledge of the Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, etc.), Social Media and the Internet
  • SAP/ERP knowledge would be an advantage, but not essential
