Business Process Improvement (BPI) Lead – GBS EMEA
What your role will look like…
-
Be the Regional BPI Expert for GBS EMEA. Support the Krakow & Dublin based EMEA leadership team to ensure that Lean culture and continuous process improvement is completely embedded in how we run GBS

Train, coach & facilitate lean and process improvement activities across all the EMEA GBS teams (PTP, OTC, RTR, MDM)

Support & coach teams to run their own Kaizens and pragmatically resolve problems
-
Personally run and own 2-3 cross-functional Kaizens at a time to resolve high-impact problems
-
Co-ordinate with GBS Automations team, GBS process owners and GBS Service Delivery teams to create an efficient & effective environment for deploying BPIs

Report weekly on EMEA BPI activities & targets

Manage suggestion schemes and planned Kaizens to ensure that there are sufficient opportunities in the pipeline to deliver on GBS’s Lean and business plan targets

Coach each GBS EMEA leader and assist them to embed Lean & continuous process improvement culture into their teams

Align with the GBS regional experts in North America and Asia Pacific and outsourcing providers to ensure consistent BPI practises across all GBS activities

Co-ordinate with Aptiv’s operational excellence team and Aptiv’s community of Lean experts and drive end-to-end, customer focused lean processes

What you’ll have:

Lean Six Sigma Black-Belt qualification or equivalent
-
5+ years’ experience deploying BPI programs, ideally in an office environment
-
A burning passion for BPI culture, driven by personal experiences
-
A Bachelor or Master Degree
