Sourcing Specialist (EMEA Region)

The opportunity

You will be responsible for sourcing the best talent to the organization.

Your key responsibilities:

• Source for talent, using various tools such as LinkedIn, job boards, search engines, and social networking.
• Conduct phone interviews to pre-qualify candidates.
• Support sourcing activities that are executed in the EMEA region
• Work closely with Hiring managers to identify key talent and evaluation candidate skills against specific requisition descriptions
• Identify new sourcing channels
• Conduct market mappings

Requirements:

• Graduate degree
• At least 1 year of experience (long term relevant internship shall be applicable) in talent sourcing or end-to-end recruiting, preferably in a global organization
• Excellent command of written and oral English
• Project management and MS Office skills
