The Market Risk Reporting Analytics team (MRR) is within Market Risk Infrastructure (MRI) and comprises approximately 80+ staff globally with presence in Wroclaw, Mumbai, New York, Raleigh, London and Singapore. The team has overall responsibility for managing and controlling the end-to-end process of collating market risk data for measurement, analysis and subsequent reporting to senior management, regulators and traders as well as other downstream users.
The purpose of the Reporting and Analytics (R&A) function is to manage, produce and own high quality, accurate reports and analysis, and sanction their release to consumers. This particular role relates to global reporting hence working time starts around 10:00 -11:00 AM to cover Americas region.
- Run market and credit risk information and reporting
- Measure credit risk and validate independent risk models
- Manage credit risk reporting
- Be responsible for development and implementation of risk systems
- Take part in regulatory change coordination and establish policies covering market, credit and operational risk
The accountabilities of the R&A are:
- Receive calculated data and “state of the data” commentary
- Produce complete, accurate, timely reports as relevant per business area
- Ensure reports are unified across all streams as well as reviewed, attested and subject to escalation where relevant
- Ensure reporting output meets partner requirements
- Be responsible for managing Sanction report release

We are looking for:
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English.
- At least 2-4 years of proven corporate experience (finance or risk industry highly desirable).
- Passionate about finance and risk area.
- Advanced Excel user, who is familiar with pivots and vlookup.
- Basic knowledge of financial products, demonstrate willingness and ability to learn more.
- Dedicated problem-solver with a positive personality and proven analytical skills.
Additional assets:
- VBA, SQL, Qlik knowledge would be desirable.
