Custody Service Team Leader – Corporate Actions
Your field of responsibility
Well-established and professional function is looking for a Team Leader who is passionate about taking the next steps in the career and ready to manage a team of 4-5 individuals. As a Team Leader, you will motivate and stimulate the team members' performance and assess it accordingly. You will provide support to the management, including hiring and training, as well as reporting team's performance to functional management. You will raise concerns and stream the policies among the management and the team members. You will manage business operations in the areas of corporate action processing.

We are looking for:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in process and people management.
- Minimum 5 years of proven professional experience.
- Good knowledge and understanding of financial instruments and banking industry.
- Strong reconciliation and problem solving skills.
- Must have proven experience in Corporate Actions or Banking Operations.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with key internal clients including business, operations and colleagues.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
