GL accountant with German

Responsibilities:

• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual closing according to US GAAP/ IFRS standards for German subsidiary
• Reviewing of GL accounts balances
• Facilitate intercompany reconciliations
• Preparing cash reconciliations
• Managing the fixed asset and real estate module
• Preparing VAT, Intrastat and other reports required by group and local authorities
• Analysis of variations in Balance Sheet and P&L statement
• Participation in internal and external audits

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or comparable qualification/experience
• Good command of English and German
• Experience in finance/accounting - at least 2 years
• Good knowledge of international accounting standards (US-GAAP & IFRS)
• SAP knowledge would be an asset
