Project Coordinator / Sales Support
General Purpose:
This is a commercial role whose purpose is to support the Sales Representatives to carry out sales activities and to help to ensure customer satisfaction and the quality of product and service delivery. This team member shall be expected to take an active role in public tendering procedures both national and international.
Main Responsibilities:
Tender Process
- analysis of customer requirements based on specifications
- preparation of tender submission documentation
- coordination of tender activities across the organisation
- progress and risk reporting to management
Sales Process
- communication with customer representatives
- offer preparation based on customer or sales representative requests
- order processing within the organisation
- identification and mitigation of risks in order execution

Candidate Profile:
- experience in handling complex sales processes, ideally within public procurement
- experience in international customer facing role
- ability to navigate several concurrent processes by developing systematic working methods
- ability to deliver results in dynamic environments
- willingness to develop your role into Key Account Manager
- advanced english proficiency level fluent in speech and writing
- IT experience: MS EXCEL, CRM(any) and/or ERP(any)
