Executive - Personal Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Support Vice President (VP) in completing daily tasks
  • Coordinate and manage VP’s meeting calendar, expense claims and travel arrangements
  • Carry out personal tasks on behalf of VP, such as shopping, car maintenance, property and insurance management, etc.
  • Support inside sales and marketing activities such as market research, emailing and trade show organization
  • Assist with organizing company and staff team building events
  • Provide other administrative and project execution support as necessary

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Very good command of English both writing and speaking
  • Driving license is a must
  • Practical knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Very good organization of work, ability to plan and prioritize
  • Experience in a similar position would be an asset
