Management Consulting professionals design and implement process and change interventions that integrate strategy, technology, and people to enable model & process improvements that create value for clients.

 

Intelligent Enterprise Practice under Capability Network works together with clients to architect future proof operating models embracing future of work and workforce powered by transformational technology, ecosystems and analytics. We help clients strategize and design new, global operating models that integrate front to middle and back office activities across multiple processes and functions into meaningful end to end services with the customer experience at the center to deliver business outcomes.

• Help clients strategize and design new, global operating models that integrate end to end services across multiple processes and functions to deliver business outcomes
• Manage client relationships and provide industry insight and experience in the domains of optimization of operating models including shared services and location strategy

• Working within multinational teams on client facing projects or programme work streams
• Support in modelling and delivering new organizational designs to achieve clients desired business strategic goals
• Contributing actively to the development and growth of Accenture Strategy Practice

 

• Minimum bachelor's (Analyst) / master’s (Consultant) degree
• At least 4 (Consultant) / 2 (Analyst) years of relevant experience in operating models, organizational design or shared services
• Working on multiple projects, international exposure is a strong asset
• Experience from strategy and management consultancies, is an advantage

• Sector knowledge of one of the following industries would be a strong asset: Information Technology ,Financial Services ,Communications & Media,Resources (Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities) ,Retail & Consumer Goods
• Excellent analytical & interpersonal skills
• Strong project management skills and capability of handling multinational projects
• Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously

 

• Due to COVID-19 global situation we are delivering our work remotely. Knowing that our Capability Network model is based on traveling and serving advisory working closely with our Clients, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required if pandemic situation will change.

• Headquarter: Warsaw or Cracow or Wrocław Office as primary place of work, but now we are working from home due to pandemic situation
