Although no two days at Accenture are the same, as a Manager/ Senior Manager in the CFO&EV - Process Mining Team you will support all the phases of Process Mining projects, from concept to implementation

 

Your key areas of responsibility will include:

• Leading end-to-end Process Mining initiatives across various clients and industries
• Playing a key role in Accenture’s Process Mining capability development
• Engaging and leading client conversations, leading workshops and presenting to client stakeholders in management reviews, steercos

• Driving continuous improvement with regards to Process Mining methodology, tools, practices
• Leading the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality within constraints of time and budget
• Advising on Operating Model for Process Mining capability

 

• Due to COVID-19 global situation we are delivering our work remotely. Knowing that our Capability Network model is based on traveling and serving advisory working closely with our Clients, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required if pandemic situation will change.

• Headquarter: Warsaw or Cracow or Wrocław Office as primary place of work, but now we are working from home due to pandemic situation

 

• 7+ years overall industry or consulting experience with international exposure on Process Mining/ Data Analytics/ Business Transformation projects
• Knowledge of Process Mining filed and one or more Process Mining tools (Celonis, Ui Process Mining, QPR or similar software)
• Project and programme management experience and track record of successful delivery of large, complex programmes

• People Management skills: supervision of Accenture analysts and consultants and client personnel
• Work experience in any of the following functional domains: Finance, Procurement, Accounting, Logistics, IT Management is a plus
• Strong communication skills: ability to explain solutions in person and in writing
