Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter

 

Responsibilities:

  • manage end-to-end recruitment process,
  • manage active search using such tools as LinkedIn Recruiter,
  • write creative job ads and post them on both internal and external job boards,
  • manage resume database in order to search for quality candidates,
  • work closely with Senior Recruiters and Hiring Managers,
  • meet the company’s clients objectives and requirements,
  • deal with roles from financial or multilingual sector.

Requirements:

  • minimum of 1 year of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition,
  • willingness to develop in HR / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition area,
  • knowledge of the whole end-to-end recruitment process,
  • excellent communication skills, professional approach,
  • college degree in Psychology or HR is an advantage,
  • proficiency in English - at least C1 level.
