Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter
Responsibilities:
- manage end-to-end recruitment process,
- manage active search using such tools as LinkedIn Recruiter,
- write creative job ads and post them on both internal and external job boards,
- manage resume database in order to search for quality candidates,
- work closely with Senior Recruiters and Hiring Managers,
- meet the company’s clients objectives and requirements,
- deal with roles from financial or multilingual sector.

Requirements:
- minimum of 1 year of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition,
- willingness to develop in HR / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition area,
- knowledge of the whole end-to-end recruitment process,
- excellent communication skills, professional approach,
- college degree in Psychology or HR is an advantage,
- proficiency in English - at least C1 level.
