Chief Accountant

Our Client is a part of the world's most international businesses from the FMCG sector, with brands sold in more than 70 markets around the world. Currently, we are looking for experienced Candidates for Chief Accountant position.

You will be responsible for:

• Improving the financial integrity of local entities
• Being responsible for leading and managing full accounting operations
• Preparing annual statutory financial statements according to IFRS or local GAAP
• Supervising and monitoring the entire accounting process including general ledger, accounts payables, accounts receivables, inventory, fixed assets, cash management and taxes
• Reviewing, investigating, and preparing corrections to errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents and reports
• Developing and maintaining very good relationship with key stakeholders
• Liaising with external and internal auditors, sharing relevant information with the auditors
  Maintaining relationships with third parties including financial institutions, auditors, tax advisors

Main requirements:

• Min 5+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting (Regulatory Accounting, GL/RTR)
• Solid knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes 
• Fluency in English
• Being an expert in tax regulations and standards of international accounting
• Strong experience in stakeholder management and change management
• ACCA/CIMA would be a huge advantage
• Experience in team management (as an asset)
