Global Marketing Manager (M/f)

This position will be based in office in Świdnica, and you will be reporting to the Vice President Marketing & Product Management.

As part of the Global Marketing & Product Management department, you will participate in marketing and product management activities and projects.

For our Client, an international leader in protective solutions to automotive industry and major global machine customers, we are looking for a Global Marketing Manager.

The person on this position will be responsible to strengthen and lead global marketing department to support global growth strategy.

Description

• New product launches incl. full Go-To-Market strategies;
• Mapping and understanding the customer journey;
• Brand strategy and execution;
• Coordinate and develop new product and company branding material;
• Heading up a marketing team of a total of 3 people located in both Poland and China;
• Customer lead generation, grow lead pipeline, monitor performance, and conversion rates;
• Digital strategy incl. analysis and optimization of digital media performance;
• Coordinate digital marketing activities globally and regionally;
• Initiate, develop and implement marketing content for newsletters and social media;
• Operational marketing & sales campaign development and execution;
• CRM campaigns.

Profile

• A Master's Degree in a relevant area is required (e.g., international marketing) ;
• Min 5 years of global marketing experience;
• Experienced marketer with deep insight within digital marketing;
• Strong passion and understanding of branding;
• Strategic and creative with good communications skills (visual & text);
• Experience with sales/marketing campaigns and sales supporting activities in general;
• Willingness to learn and develop;
• Open-minded and communicative personality;
• You will take the initiative, are competitive, and be driven to get things done;
• Fluent in English (written and spoken);
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
