Customer Operations Specialist with German

your tasks

  • handling operations on customer transactions
  • managing order flow (order entry, verification of shipments, solving problems related to order flow)
  • building and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders
  • providing customer support via SalesForce/SAP software
  • informing customers of problems with order entering
  • being responsible for OTC missed OTIF, investigations, and corrective actions
  • other duties related to orders control

what we expect

  • higher education degree
  • knowledge of German (at least B1/B2 level)
  • fluency in English
  • at least 1 year of work experience (preferable: Customer Service, Complaints Handling, Supply Chain, Manufacturing)
  • knowledge of the SAP management process
