Customer Operations Specialist with German
your tasks
- handling operations on customer transactions
- managing order flow (order entry, verification of shipments, solving problems related to order flow)
- building and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders
- providing customer support via SalesForce/SAP software
- informing customers of problems with order entering
- being responsible for OTC missed OTIF, investigations, and corrective actions
- other duties related to orders control

what we expect
- higher education degree
- knowledge of German (at least B1/B2 level)
- fluency in English
- at least 1 year of work experience (preferable: Customer Service, Complaints Handling, Supply Chain, Manufacturing)
- knowledge of the SAP management process
