Customer Service Specialist with French

your tasks

  • Responding to customer contact via defined channels
  • Liaise with the business on customer relationship management via Salesforce functionalities
  • Registration and consideration of customer complaints.
  • Responsible for monitoring work queues for new requests
  • Responsible for completing assigned tasks within SLA targets
  • Responsible for escalation of issues if needed
  • Continuous improvement of processes
  • Other activities delegated by direct supervisor

what we expect

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
  • At least 1 year of equivalent work experience in Complaints Handling, Customer Issue Resolution, Operations, Customer Service.
  • A minimum B1 level of French is required
  • A minimum B2 level of English is required
  • Previous experience working with SAP (especially OTC module)/ SalesForce is an additional asset
