Customer Service Specialist with French
your tasks
- Responding to customer contact via defined channels
- Liaise with the business on customer relationship management via Salesforce functionalities
- Registration and consideration of customer complaints.
- Responsible for monitoring work queues for new requests
- Responsible for completing assigned tasks within SLA targets
- Responsible for escalation of issues if needed
- Continuous improvement of processes
- Other activities delegated by direct supervisor

what we expect
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
- At least 1 year of equivalent work experience in Complaints Handling, Customer Issue Resolution, Operations, Customer Service.
- A minimum B1 level of French is required
- A minimum B2 level of English is required
- Previous experience working with SAP (especially OTC module)/ SalesForce is an additional asset
