IT Specialist

For one of our clients in Sosnowiec, we are looking for a IT Specialist with English.

Responsibilities:

• Resolving helpdesk tickets
• Resolving basic network issues
• Contact with suppliers
• Purchasing IT hardware/software
• Point of support for office and production area
• Setting up PC’s, laptops and mobile phones
• Printers/copiers and thermal printers setup, problem-solving
• Directly reporting to IT Manager based in UK, dotted line to Plant Manager
• Potential interactions with Swedish and UK IT
• Administrating CCTV system
• Support with Enova 365 system
• Support with T&A system (maintenance)
• Basic support with ERP system Jeeves and Laptu

• Windows Server from 2012 to 2019
• Windows 10 Enterprise environment
• HP/Lenovo Desktop and Laptop Hardware
• Corporate Wifi Solutions (Cisco Meraki)
• Printers Ink and thermal transfer
• Basic Cisco Networks
• Knowledge of android systems
• Microsoft 365 basic administration
• Basic SQL, Excel and VBA (optional)
