Release Manager

This is an E-commerce project in the Life Sciences industry that operates within the Digital Experience team. The goal is to ensure the successful release of the new digital services to customers. With the support of the agile delivery team, the project focuses on successfully planning and executing a continuous release schedule, which results in the regular delivery of the new features to customers.

• Deployment management in the area of digital services
• Creation and implementation of the release plan
• Work closely with development and QA teams
• Cooperation with the DevOps team to verify potential problems in the field of CI / CD
• Responsible for achieving the planned goals within the set time
• Optimization and automation of release management processes
• Solve problems with deployment failures and cooperation with a team of developers for this purpose

• At least 2 years of experience as Release Manager
• Knowledge of processes and tools related to Incident / Problem Management and Change Management
• Very good command of English (minimum B2 level)
• Experience in coordinating deployments in the field of various technologies
• Knowledge of CI / CD areas (Azure DevOps preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proactive approach
