Production Engineer - Future Talent Programme
We are looking for talented and highly motivated new graduates to join our Future Talent Programme starting in September 2021 and become the next generation of engineers and leaders in our industry.
ABOUT FUTURE TALENT PROGRAMME
Future Talent Programme – technical track is a one-year trainee program to develop your engineering skills and bring you leading technical knowledge in an accelerated way. You will be part of a truly global company with a dynamic, innovative mindset as well as strong roots in a technological environment.
From day 1 you will be delivering results as a true team member and hold a real position. Your manager will plan the content of your programme and support you in your development journey. After the programme finishes you will have gained great experiences to help you continue your exciting career within our company.

In this position you will get the opportunity to join our WCM Team based in Olsztyn. Our site in Olsztyn provides comprehensive solutions for food and beverages business focused on dairy sector. With our ambitious and committed employees we are a highly creative company able to cope with any challenge in designing, manufacturing single, specialized devices, as well as fully automatic technological lines.
The new building site in Olsztyn has been just finalized with 4000 sqm of office space and 8000sqm of production area. Modern working environment and brand-new facility is waiting for you. You will be in involed into:

- Support and participate in WCM improvement teams or Pillars
- General administrative support to WCM activities
- Support application of DMS/VMS within production unit
- Support weak sites in WCM
- Support global office and Master Pillars
- Boost best practices execution

Requirements
- You have finished recently or are about to finish your Industrial/Mechanical/Automation Engineering Bachelor or Master Degree (graduation year 2020 or 2021)
- MS Office level advanced
- 5S methodology
- Basic WCM knowledge
- Loss concept
- Fair communication skills
- Be able to work independently as well as part of a team, structured approach
- Administrative, organized, systematic and consistent, result oriented with a strong personal drive
- Willingness to travel
- Native Polish speaker
- Good spoken and written English
- Driver license cat. B
