Experienced Scrum Master

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as a Servant Leader
• Increase maturity of your Team and awareness of Agile frameworks (Scrum & SAFe)
• Support your team by removing impediments and facilitating Scrum Ceremonies
• Take care of your Scrum Team upskill in area of self-organization, collaboration & communication
• Ensure that your Scrum Team is working in supportive environment and is following core Scum Values
• Collaborate with other Scrum Teams, RTE’s, STE’s and Business Owners
• Support Agile Transformation of Deutsche Telekom IT & T-Mobile Poland

IF YOU:

• Have at least 5 years of experience as Scrum Master in International IT environment
• Have good understanding of Software Development processes & practices
• Have ability to facilitate and lead organizational change and transformation in an international company
• Have strong communication, facilitation and moderation skills
• Are fluent in English (at least B2 level)
• Have knowledge of SAFe and can speak German - that would be a strong advantage
