HR Business Partner – Private Market Division
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coaching and supporting Leadership on current and future plans to design their respective organizations and putting in place change management plans to help their operations be successful;
- Collaborating with Leadership and HR Product Development Team to build leadership capability;
- Supporting Leadership in hiring processes (legal regulations, policies and HR processes Compliance);
- Co-creating HR and transformation strategy, actively search and propose HR solutions, methods of working and process set up that positively influence company’s growth, efficiency increase and quality of management;
- Partner with the Leadership to foster a high-performance culture through high levels of employee engagement;
- Building motivated teams at Frontline;
- Facilitating HR programmes eg. talent management and succession, annual performance cycle, promotion process, leadership onboarding;
- Providing insightful data analysis of key people metrics to guide decision making;
- Planning workforce (internal, external) and managing the personal cost.

IF YOU:
- Have minimum of 3 years as HRBP experience;
- Are fully professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written;
- Have influential skills, communication with impact in the matrix and multinational organization;
- Have leadership courage and proactiveness;
- Have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all level;
- Are highly collaborative;
- Are able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines;
- Have working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, culture and engagement, employee relations, diversity & inclusion, performance, and development management.
