Main duties will include:

• Registering and transferring queries related to IT technologies.
• Performing daily activities, such as reports, primary checks etc.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of English and French (min. B1+)
• Basic experience in Windows OS and MS Office
• Good communication skills and the capacity to work as a true team player
• Willingness to work fulltime on various shifts (24/7)
