Business Assistance Manager - Fixed Term

The Business Assistance Manager is a first line manager and a member of the Cross Divisional Service Platform extended leadership team, responsible for operational delivery of business assistance team in a shared service / SLA model, ensuring the highest quality and adherence to KPI. S/he reports to the Sector Head locally. This role requires a highly motivated person, eager to interact with various internal stakeholders and keen to continuously improve the processes owned.

This role is part of The Cross Divisional Service Platform (CDSP) which provides a wide range of services in the area of Business Assistance, Business Management, Graphic and Multimedia Design, Visual Communication Design and Digital Solutions to internal business clients globally. The services are end-to-end managed by specialists and charged as an internal service provider to Divisions and Corporate Functions. Our team is hardworking and used to work independently as well as collaboratively. We are looking for:

  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Management, Marketing, Economics or similar
  • Client orientation, effective escalations management
  • Practical experience in line managing of employees and proven ability to hire, manage, develop & retain operational teams would be a significant plus
  • Track record in delivering services according to SLA & KPI, experience in managing high workload and working under time pressure
  • Experience in identifying and executing process efficiencies
  • Solid experience in building and maintaining good relationship with internal stakeholders, ability to interface effectively with partners across different functions
  • Analytical skills, ability to solve non-standard problems and think out of the box
  • Influencing skills, consensus-building and conflict resolution abilities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, fluency in English
