VBA Reports Developer

For our client - global manufacturing company - we are currently looking for a

VBA Reports Developer

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing data available (within data repository) & determine the quality of data.
• Designing & generating static reports based on reporting standards & delivering them on time towards end-users.
• Proactively identifying the missing pieces & collaborate on fixing it.
• Answering for business requirements towards desired reporting/visualizations.
• Handling requests in terms of improvement/modification the existing reports and dashboards.
• Developing reports within Microsoft Excel (VBA programming).
• Creating new tools & automating existing ones (mainly working with Excel/VBA).

Requirements:

• At least 2-2,5 years of experience in building reports and interpreting data using static reports.
• At least 2+ years of previous experience in automation & tool development (mainly in VBA)
• Advanced user/programmer skills in Excel/VBA solutions.
• Fluency in English (at least B2/C1).
• Bachelor’s degree in informatics/computer science/finance/mathematics/econometrics/ or other technology-related field.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite (SQL/Access/etc.).
• Experience in Finance environment (would be an asset).
• Knowledge & experience in other BI-related solutions (e.g. Spotfire, Tableau, etc.) – would be an asset.
