An outstanding opportunity to join us as a Program Management Officer in Finance Change, where you will be delivering a program management support to large FC programs. You will be asked to manage and conduct detailed reporting for the Programs across multiple dimensions and generate reports such as financial, status progress as well as ad hoc reports. You will be also involved in improving the consistency, predictability and efficiency of the program/project delivery.

Moreover, you will be asked to assist in the annual book of work planning where you would deep dive the analysis and ensure effective and appropriate communication and coordination of the process.

We are looking for:

  • At least 2 years of experience in PMO or Project/Change Management.
  • Knowledge and detailed understanding of the project delivery lifecycle.
  • Ability to rise to many different challenges that corporate actions may throw up; demonstrate problem solving approach, act appropriately, responsibly and mitigate risks at all stages.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage work on given task with minimum supervision.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office, Excel and Power Point required.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint and CA Clarity PPM tool.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in English is essential for this role.
