Customer Success Agent with German
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We work from Monday to Friday and support both Eqology Customers and Business Partners via phone and e-mail. Therefore, this position is not only about regular Customer Service. Each agent has the chance to contribute to Eqology's growth by supporting customer retention and the Business Partners who sell our products on many European markets. Our phone lines are open daily from 9-14, the remaining time agents work on e-mail tickets and other extra tasks (i.a. translations, payments, system improvements).
