HR Mobility Advisor

The Role

If You have strong communication skills, an open mind and you like working with people, this role could be your chance to provide end-to-end HR Operations to employees, line managers, and local HR across a designated region. Where you fit in


Be the central point of contact to the employees, line managers, country HR, regional mobility team and mobility service providers to ensure timely execution and success well time of transfer into location with full country compliance.

 

What’s the role?


As IM Advisor you will be delivering great employee experiences through multiple complex Policies and Processes for an end-to-end Global Mobility Project Management.

 

More specifically, your role will include:

  • Manage transfer as a project by holding accountability for and coordinating all transfer activities as per the process & policy.
  • Provide policy advice or/and clarify policy-related questions from the employee and the relocation advisor (and other parties if necessary, e.g. line managers, business HR).
  • Focus on high-quality customer service in each aspect of the transfer process by applying Beyond Service Excellence standards.
  • Cooperate closely with Relocation Advisor (Team Relocations) making sure all applicable relocation services are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate the communication & tasks of all relevant parties in the transfer process to deliver their service correctly & in timely.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who have very good knowledge and a good understanding of HR Model. Furthermore, we appreciate candidates who are empathetic and have an excellent mindset. Beyond that, we'd hope to see as many following as possible on You CV:

  • One year of experience in HR area will be an asset.
  • English language – min. C1.
  • Strong application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques in managing end-to-end transfer cases.
  • Knowledge about policy intent and process understanding that fits best of the employee’s transfer scenario including global and local policies and external circumstances.
  • Multitasking activities such as managing the day-to-day activities while being involved in regional activities/workstreams.
  • Following the right ways of working without putting employees and company at legal business risks.
  • Strong curiosity & influencing skills.
