Product Communication And Marketing Specialist
An outstanding opportunity to join us as Product Communication and Marketing Specialist in the Discretionary & Advisory Product Materials team, which is within Investment Solutions & Products (IS&P) and the Global CIO office within Credit Suisse.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing projects to create and/or improve product marketing materials in collaboration with product experts.
- Process management including coordination of internal and external stakeholders (e.g. investment managers, layout, translation, proofreading, legal check).
- Assisting, managing and advising in creation of new product materials as well as efficiently maintaining the existing global franchise of all IS&P product materials (incl. dedicated IT tools).
- Keeping the highest standards of providing marketing materials.
- Managing, tracking and analyzing materials statistics.
- Working on the new functionalities/tools being introduced to the team by being involved in their configuration, mapping and their adjustment to the team processes.

We work as team extension of a Zurich based sector and we are responsible for creating and maintaining the main shelf of client-ready product sales- and after-sales and communication materials for Discretionary Mandates and Wealth Funds of Investment Management, Advisory businesses as well as AM Multi Asset Funds. This includes the production and maintenance of a broad range of multi-language/cross-country materials with planning, development, production (or updating), publication and distribution to Credit Suisse internal recipients. We are looking for:
- At least 3 years of proven professional experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office environment (especially Power Point, Word and Excel)
- Focus on improvement of effectiveness, also with new IT tools & processes
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
- Can-do-attitude and being open to change
- Basic knowledge and interest in financial markets & investment products
- Results-oriented, relentless focus on high quality
- Proven process and stakeholder management experience
