- Our internship program aims at developing young talents who are motivated to master professional skills within technical and business field. The internship provides the selected candidates with the comprehensive hands-on training and work experience to perform managerial functions in the future and face first serious business challenges. It enables young people to gain professional knowledge and attitude by learning from the best and successfully enter the competitive labor market.
- The program targets last-year students and fresh graduates who wish to pursue a successful career path with the guidance of well-qualified mentors.
- Besides focusing on technical and business skills development, the program gives the opportunity to understand the structure within the organization, observe the work of company departments by cooperating with experienced managers to carry out and implement various projects.
- The internship lasts 3 to 6 months and is divided into 2 stages:
- Technical training: lasts 1 to 3 months (ca. 160 hours). The aim of the training is to learn the innovations and technical functionalities of the products.
- Business training: lasts 1 to 3 months (ca. 160 hours) and allows participants to gain understanding of organization departments (Channel, Project, Marketing, Product and Administration) and develop professional business skills.

Agenda:
I stage: Technical training: 1-3 months (ca.160hours)
Onsite training in our office in Warsaw (min. 2 days per week):
** This part of the training, we will provide accommodation for candidates from the other cities than Warsaw
II stage: business/commercial training:1-3 months (ca.160 hours)
Training in Warsaw office or onsite training in other cities with the guidance of our managers residing onsite.
*At the end of the program, we will offer full time employment to qualified candidates in Channel Sales, Technical Support or Project Department.

Oczekiwania/ You are perfect candidate if you:

Preferable:
- Preferred programs: Electronics and Telecommunications, Optoelectronics, Material Engineering, Automatics and Robotics, etc.,
- Experiences in the security or telecommunications industry is a plus
The successful candidate should be able to deliver on the following key tasks:
- Support projects from investor, system integrator, consultants, architects and distributors throughout the region;
- Test and evaluate latest product features;
- Find, implement and promote innovative solutions;
- Actively support marketing events and attend exhibitions related to Hikvision products and technologies;
- Prepare reports required by the management;
- Work closely with colleagues from the Project, Channel and Technical team;
- Create a positive brand image
