Talent Acquisition Specialist - IT positions and others

Your tasks

  • Responsible for candidate identification and desk research by using various channels and sources (such us linked-in, blogs, communities, association and conferences etc) as well as recommendations /network
  • Approach candidate with appropriate channels as well as using an appealing story in order to attract the right talents and sell the position and Sonova
  • Develop Market knowledge and a deeper understanding on technology development.
  •  Create an internal database for functions we are regularly recruiting
  • Keeping track of candidates from first touch point until handing over to recruiter as well as  accompaining from resume submittal to hire in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • publishing Sonova job ads on available job boards and searching for new job portals to expand channels and visibility of company recruitment processes  
  • providing professional communication with candidates

Your profile

  • Solid  professional experience in candidate sourcing within an international and technology-driven environment and/ or with a direct search agency 
  • State of the art knowledge of searching methods/tool box
  • Credible and business acumen
  • Technology savy – any background in technical/engineering is a plus
  • Experience of using ATM systems will be a plus
  • Ability to tailor and adapt communication and messaging
  • Self-starter and quick learner
  • Time management skills with the ability to manage multiple on-going recruitment processes
  • Fluent English and Polish is a must
