Group Reporting & Compliance Manager

Job purpose:
You will be responsible for the Group reporting systems and processes, ensuring the compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards and applicable law.
Your challenges:
- IFRS 16 lease accounting - overview the global policy, designs and implements tool and manages the process
- Ensures timely preparation of IFRS16 adjustment for monthly/quarterly/yearly closings
- Ensures timely preparation of consolidated Group results on a monthly basis and quarterly/interim/year-end consolidated financial statements
- Ensures efficiency of systems used within the Group Accounting Department, provides insights on the best practices available on the market, implements new tools and improvements to existing ones.
- Supports ad hoc projects within the Group Accounting team.
- Designs Internal Risk Control and Management Systems framework (ICRFS) in connection with the process of issuing financial information
- Shares knowledge and coaches accounting departments on AmRest internal and external reporting
Your skills & experience:
- Min 5-7 years’ relevant experience in Finance - preferable in audit or accounting
- Strong communication skills to be able to pro-actively cooperate with all stakeholders on the global level
- Good knowledge of International Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards
- Leadership experience (projects & people)
- Great analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Good command of English is a must
