HR Business Partner

 

Responsibilities:

  • manage end-to-end recruitment process,
  • manage active search using such tools as LinkedIn Recruiter,
  • write creative job ads and post them on both internal and external job boards,
  • manage resume database in order to search for quality candidates,
  • deal with roles from financial or multilingual sector,
  • cooperate with foreign offices and their partners in the business field,
  • support organizational changes, be a part of fast growing organization,
  • possibility to develop in EB, training and other HR fields of your interest,
  • carry out on/off-boarding processes for employees,
  • support analytical aspects of HR indicators,
  • closely cooperate with Head of HR.

Requirements:

  • minimum of 2 year of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition,
  • HR is the path you want to follow and develop in,
  • knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process,
  • excellent communication skills, professional approach,
  • fluency in English - at least B2 level.
