Senior Payroll Manager

For our Client an international company located in Kraków, we are currently looking for Payroll Manager. 

As Payroll Manager you will:

• Managing a team of 5 Managers (in Poland, Italy, Germany and France)
• Service and cooperation with the team on the international market: mainly Poland, Italy, Germany and France in the Payroll area
• Planning the management and execution of payroll processes and systems to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
• Development and coordination of general business processes and procedures of payroll management
• Supervision over the flow of HR and payroll documents
• Change management/ transformations processes management
• Support the implementation of HR Information systems, payroll integrations, new solutions
• Suggest and guide business towards the best practices and standards – country expertise
• Ensure the solutions meet end to end functionalities, process flow standards and setup

The right Payroll Manager will have the following profile:

• English skill B2 / C1 - a must have
• 10 years of experience in the general area of administration, finance, human resources, payroll, management, HR and the like, regardless of the position - experience gained in Corporations is nice to have
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Payroll Area on the international market is a must
• Minimum 4 years in team management is a must (working with managers)
• Payroll systems knowledge
