Customer Service Specialist (International Network Operations Centre)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receiving and processing customer incident reports for telecommunication services in English (Ethernet, data transmission, internet access, IP VPN)
  • Supporting wholesale carriers for all technical queries
  • Initial problem diagnosis
