Customer Service Specialist (International Network Operations Centre)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receiving and processing customer incident reports for telecommunication services in English (Ethernet, data transmission, internet access, IP VPN)
- Supporting wholesale carriers for all technical queries
- Initial problem diagnosis
