Production Manager

The hired candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of production facility, including the production operations, maintenance, quality, process engineering, warehouse, housekeeping, health, safety and environmental care in accordance with the company budget, and legal regulations.

To support the start-up and development of its Polish subsidiary with a forecasted turnover of 25M€ and 30-40 employees, client is looking for experienced Production Manager.

Description

• Managing resources of production, maintenance and warehouse teams in an environment of continuous improvement, delivering sustainable quality, efficiency and good working practices in all aspects,
• Management of all aspects of production, maintenance, quality, process engineering, warehouse, housekeeping, health, safety and environmental care,
• Working closely with QESH Manager on quality, environmental, s&h aspects
• Maintain safe working surrounding that meets changing legislative requirements and at the same time delivering results,
• Propose, justify and implement projects related to the area of responsibility to meet company objectives and develop best practice,
• Managing costs within budget.

Profile

• Experience in managing the production operations in a heavy manufacturing environment, ideally in compounds, chemical formulations,
• Having worked with ISO and 16949 / IATF certificates,
• Fluent English,
• Experience working in a capital group,
• Project experience,
• Hands on approach,
• Capable to inspire to excellent housekeeping.
